About Us

 

New Brittany II is a multi-generational community in Manchester Township, consisting of 195 home sites spread across 267 acres of rolling York County, Pennsylvania.  The Homeowners Association, HOA, was formed with the filing of the Declaration of Restrictions Covenants and Conditions on January 27, 2003 by the developer Kinsley Equities II Limited Partnership. The Homeowners Association is managed by a 7-member Board of Directors, elected by the members of the Association.  In 2021, the Board of Directors made a decision to become a self managed community in lieu of paying for property management services.  The transition was effective January 1, 2022.  

 

As a self managed community, the board of directors is responsible for all accounting processes, communication with the members of the Association and the effective management of the community and the contractors that serve it.
