The Homeowners Association Board of Directors, in response to Homeowners Association members' requests, are committed to two goals: providing relevant and current information to the members of the Association and providing simple and timely communication between, the BOD and the members of the Association.   In striving to meet these commitments, we have provided links to our HOA Governing Documents and various forms to initiate communication with the BOD and it's committees. 
 
It is important that members of the Association accessing this information and utilizing the forms understand that by registering as a member of the HOA you are agreeing to the following:
 
The documentation available on this website is a duplication of what is recorded in York County where applicable and the applicable Rules and Regulations of New Brittany II adopted by the Board of Directors.  Reproduction for HOA Member use is permitted and encouraged.  
 
Any financial information on this website is intended for the use of the Association members and should not be shared or discussed with anyone who is not a registered participant of the New Brittany II Homeowners Association website or a member of the Association.
 
The Governing Document Package required as part of all property sales transactions will be provided electronically.  Printed copies of these documents maybe obtained can be requested utilizing the Document Package Request link.  The current cost for a printed copy of the governing documents is $250.00.

Plan Review Information
 
If the Design Review Committee deems it necessary to have the proposed plans reviewed by external subject matter experts, i.e. architects, structural engineers,  landscape designers, civil engineers, etc. the cost associated with these reviews will be passed on to the owner requesting the plan review.
