Board of Directors
The New Brittany II Homeowners Association (HOA) was formed to preserve the property values and to promote the health, safety and welfare of the homeowners in the Association. This entity comes under the Pennsylvania Homeowners Association Uniform Planned Community Act UPCA Title 68
The Board of Directors (BOD) is an elected governing body that meets at regular intervals to set policies and monitor established policies for compliance. Members of the BOD are elected at the Annual Homeowners Association Meeting. Presently, each member serves a 3 year term. The members of the BOD are community-minded volunteer homeowners tasked with two areas of responsibility: overseeing Homeowners Association funds and ensuring adherence to the Homeowners Association governing documents. The members of the BOD hope that their efforts fulfill the intent of the HOA while supporting a harmonious community that is a desirable place to live.
In addition to the Board of Directors there are several committees that help accomplish things in the New Brittany II community. The following are the current committees and the chairperson of each of them:
Design Review Committee - Chaired by Kyle Sharp
Grounds Committee - Chaired by Tom Clayton
Website Committee - Chaired by Mark Peterman
Welcome Committee - Chaired by Kristin Harrold
Owners in the community are welcome to volunteer for any of the current committees. If interested, please let the Chairperson know by using the Contact Us link. If there is an area that you feel should have committee representation but isn't, please let the Board know and we will make an effort to get something started.
