Thank you for submitting your Plan Review Application. Please fill in the required information on the application form. You can add one attachment with your initial application. Click the “Submit” button to create your ticket. Additional drawings, certificates of insurance, copies of building permits, etc. can be added to your application once the ticket has been created. A total of 10 attachments can be added to each ticket.

Attachments have file size limitations of 4 megabytes for any individual attachment and 8 megabytes total for all attachments. Attachments can be no larger than 4000 pixels in either direction.  The following format extensions are allowed: "jpg", "jpeg", "gif", "png", "doc", "docx", "one", "xls", "xlsx", "txt", "pdf", "gpx", “gdb".

If your drawings or an attachment exceeds 4MB, they can be emailed separately to board@newbrittany2hoa.com. 

With the submission of this application, you are indicating that you understand you must wait for receipt of your written approval of this application before beginning alteration(s).

Approval of alteration(s) by the Design Review Committee does not release you from your obligation to ensure that such alteration(s) is (are) in compliance with the applicable building and zoning ordinances for the township/city/county in which the above referenced property is located and all other applicable laws.  

Further, owners have no expectation of privacy with regard to applications, plans and/or other supporting materials, as Board of Director meetings where DRC recommendations are discussed are open to all members.

 

If the Design Review Committee deems it necessary to have the proposed plans reviewed by external subject matter experts, i.e. architects, structural engineers,  landscape designers, civil engineers, etc. the cost associated with these reviews will be passed on to the owner requesting the plan review.
